- Custom Fields
Nexus Administrators now have the ability to enable and configure two custom fields: External Customer ID and External Session ID.
To access this functionality, simply navigate to the new Manage Custom Fields page. In addition to enabling/disabling the fields, you can also adjust the field Label and set the field as Required.
When enabled, these fields become available in Nexus Service for agents to enter external information, which is then surfaced in Nexus Analytics.
To customize either or both of these pages, simply navigate to the Manage Brand page and enter the appropriate URL. If unchanged, Nexus will use Support.com's standard policy documentation.
These two URLs appear on the connect page, which end-users must agree in order to allow remote access to their device.
