Agents now have the ability to CoBrowse webpages with consumers on iOS devices. Simply connect to the device using the Support.com Cloud Connect app, turn on CoBrowse, and push a URL to the device. This will launch a browser within the app, where both the agent and consumer will be able to view the webpage.
Updated Clipboard UI
Copying and pasting text from a customer's device now requires less clicks. Anytime an agent copies text on a connected device, a green Copy Text button will appear below the clipboard. Click this once to copy from the Support.com Cloud clipboard to the local clipboard.
Support.com Cloud Analytics
Added SessionID to Report Builder
This allows Analytics users to build custom reports with additional granularity, including the ability to break individual sessions down by date and agent.
