All of the charts and tables in Support.com Cloud include a menu at the top right that contain multiple options for annotating and/or exporting data out of Support.com® Cloud and into the format of your choice.



The available options are:

  • Print: Clicking the Print icon (printer) opens a printer-friendly view of the current chart or table in a new browser tab/window that you can then print using your browser.
  • Send to Excel: Clicking the Send to Excel icon (sheet with an X on it) allows you to download the current chart or table in Microsoft® Excel® (.xls) format.
  • Pull-down menu: This menu includes the following options:
    • Notes: Allows you to add a new note and view any existing notes. See Adding a Note (opens a new article) and Viewing Notes (opens a new article).
    • Clear All Selections: Clears all of your selections in the current chart/table.
    • Copy: Copies the chart or table data to your computer’s clipboard.
    • Print: Opens a printer-friendly view of the current chart or table in a new browser tab/window that you can then print using your browser.
    • Send to Excel: Allows you to download the current chart or table in Microsoft® Excel® (.xls) format.
    • Export: Allows you to download the current chart or table in comma-separated value (.csv) format.
