Navigator: Guided Path Disposition & Agent Feedback

Guided Path Designers seeking more granular data on the use of their Guided Paths® will be able to build in a disposition function. Once this is configured, Agents will be asked to disposition Paths and Steps using structured, pre-determined dispositions provided by the Path Designer.

Agents will also be able to provide unstructured feedback (comments) after delivering a Path. These comments will be provided to Path Designers via the Path Designer interface within Support.com Cloud, allowing them to respond quickly to real-time feedback from agents.

Navigator: File Transfer

Agents will be able to transfer files from their local machines (desktop or file directories) to a customer's computer or device. This allows agents to leverage licensed software during a session where the download process is not already automated through the Guided Paths® for Windows application.

Navigator: Windows Commands via Push URL

Agents will be able to push commands to a customer's Windows computer (such as MSCONFIG) using the Push URL field. The complete list of commands you can push using this method can be viewed here.

Designer: External Content

Path Designers will be able to embed external content (such as a knowledge base article) into Guided Paths®.

Designer: Path Step Propagation

Updating a Step currently affects all of the Paths that include the updated Step. Going forward, Path Designers will be able to specify whether changes to a Step should affect all Paths or just the Path they are currently editing.

The Edit a Step popup appears if you attempt to edit a Step that is used on more than one Path. After reviewing the list of Paths on which the Step is used, you can choose whether to proceed with the edit or create a copy of the step, as follows:

  • To edit the Step and affect all Paths, click Edit
  • To make a copy of the Step that you can assign only to certain Paths, click Copy.

In the Step Library, hovering your mouse over a Step opens a popup that lists the Path(s) that use the selected Step.

The Step Library now includes a column that lists the Paths that use that Step.

Designer: Save As New Path Version

Path Designers will be able to manually create new versions of a Path without the need to publish that Path, which will allow them to create new versions at any time.

Global: User Surveys

To gather additional product metrics, Support.com Cloud users will periodically receive a two-question NPS survey. This will not affect agents during sessions.
