Android: Supported Versions Update
Support.com Cloud will no longer support Android versions 1.x or 2.x. Android versions 3.x and above are supported.
Navigator and Designer: Guided Path Shortcuts
Designers will be able to build shortcuts into Guided Path Steps that will automatically start new Guided Paths within the same session, when clicked by an Agent.
API: Create Session API
Previously, the Portal UI integration could only launch Support.com Cloud in a new browser tab/window. Going forward, a new API will allow the new session to load directly into the current browser tab/window. A notification icon (orange triangle with an exclamation point) appears in the New Session tab to ensure that the Agent sees it.
