APIs let you enhance your Support.com subscription with custom functionality that you code yourself. You can use APIs to create your own custom interfaces or to integrate your Support.com account with another system. The User Management APIs introduced in this release make it so you can do things like:

- Import a new user for an agent or supervisor, or delete an old user for someone who has left your company
- Set up the user settings, like skills and team, for an agent/supervisor
- Sync the user status to available, busy, or logout
