Issue

When clicking on the ANALYTICS tab, the following alert notification appears and the page content remains blank:


 


"Access Denied! The server (QVS) has no USER CAL for your account. Please contact your system administrator!"


Why is this happening?

Support.com allocates Analytics licenses to the tenant based on the terms of the sales order. This error message is being displayed because more users are assigned the Analytics role than there are licenses allocated to the tenant. If you believe there is a discrepancy between the number of licenses purchased and the number of licenses allocated, please contact us at help@support.com to verify. 


Are there any workarounds?

Ask a tenant administrator to remove the Analytics role from other users. This may free up a license for the user currently receiving the error message. 




How do I get more Analytics licenses allocated to my tenant?

Contact your account executive to place an order for additional Analytics licenses.
