The Support.com Status Page at https://status.support.com gives you a real-time update on the performance of the Support.com Cloud App and Cloud Relay:

The Status Page offers transparent view of the service up-time over the last week. For each day you can see whether each service was:

  • Up and available
  • Degraded, with some users or some features affected
  • In planned maintenance
  • Unavailable

Click cloud app or cloud relay in the first column of the table to see a history of issues for each service. 


You can access the Status Page by visiting http://status.support.com or by clicking the link in the System Compatibility Check window.
