To Restrict user to access from certain IP address please follow the below-mentioned steps:
- Go to Admin>Integration > Access control in Support.com Cloud
- Click on Add new button to allow Agents and Supervisors to access Support.com Cloud from these IP addresses
- Please enter the name of your choice and select the IP Format (i.e IP, RANGE or CIDR) then click on Save.
Note: Only user's having roles like Agents and Supervisors can be restricted to access Support.com Cloud from these IP addresses but users having roles like Administrator, Path designer, Analytics and Restricted agent can't be restricted to access support.com cloud from these addresses.
