Support.com cloud has two modes of remote control: - 

1. Full: It means the agent has complete access to the customer's desktop.

2. View with annotation: It means that agent can view the customer's desktop, and can use laser pointer and annotation.


To configure Remote control access follow the below-mentioned Steps:

  1. Go to Admin>Settings> Remote control in Support.com Cloud

         2. Select the Access level, then click on  Update.
