To check the compatibility issues between your system set-up (i.e computer, etc.) and Support.com Cloud follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Click on this icon on top right of your screen.
  2. Select System check shown in the screenshot .
  3. Then click on the system test from the drop down.
  4. You will see system compatibility check window on the screen
    5. If there are any system issues that have the potential to impact service, System Test can quickly detect them within the system itself that's experiencing the               problem, leading to issue prevention or shorter support wait times with faster resolution.
