You can send a survey to a session when you are connected to consumer's machine. To send the survey follow the below-mentioned steps:
- Go to more information.
- click on push survey and survey email will be sent to the consumer.
Note: If you don't see the push survey option under more information it means that survey is not enabled.
To enable push survey please follow the below-mentioned steps:
- Go to Admin>Setting > Configuration in Support.com Cloud
- Under general we can see an option called as survey mark this as ON.
