This happens when Self Support page is confirgured to different skill name than Admin panel. Please check skill name in self support page and update that same skill name in Admin page. This will fix this issue. You can update Skill name in admin by following steps-

  1. Go to Admin>Skills
  2. Click on "pencil (Edit) " in front of skill you want to rename
  3. Change the name from top "Name*" box
  4. Update
