The System Compatibility Test enables users to validate that their browser has the necessary access to Support.com Cloud services and required network resources. In most cases, the solution will be to update the firewall per the firewall requirements.
To run the test, click the User Icon to open the User drop-down menu.
Select “System Test” to run the System Compatibility Check.
Your browser version and information regarding your browser’s compatibility with Support.com cloud is displayed.
Click “Check Support.com Cloud Availability” to visit status.support.com, to ensure that Support.com services are running properly.
Click the green “Re-run Diagnostic” button to attempt the diagnostic again.
Click the white “x” in the upper-right corner to exit the System Compatibility Check.
