Navigator: Embedded Navigator UI Improvements
Improvements have been made to the Embedded Navigator UI in Salesforce Service Cloud and Zendesk integrations to allow Agents well-versed in Guided Path content to navigate through Paths more quickly, allowing experienced Agents to be more efficient than ever.
Designer: Improvements to the 'Manage Content' Page
The Manage Content page has received an aesthetic and usability overhaul, including a new advanced search and option that allow Designers to tailor their own page to their individual needs, offering them a faster and more efficient experience.
SeeSupport: Use New SeeSupport in Tandem with Guided Paths
Agents now have the ability to use SeeSupport's new streamlined UI alongside Guided Paths when both tools are needed. Using these two powerful tools together will allow Agents to have an even greater impact on customer support.
SeeSupport: Notification when Annotated MMS Image Too Large to Send
When an Agent attempts to send an annotated image that is too large to send, the following error message now appears. The agent then has the option to try again or contact an administrator to get assistance from Support.com in troubleshooting further.
Remote Control: Agents Now Receive Notice Regarding Streaming Performance
If Remote Control's streaming performance is at a less-than-ideal level, a notice is now shown to the Agent to let them know. The Agent may then choose to continue or restart the machine to improve performance to the expected level. Agents will see the following message in the Remote Control toolbar:
Data Export: MMS Statistics Now Part of Data Export
MMS statistics are now a part of the Session_Device_Activity and SeeSupport_Aggregate_Statistics Data Exports, providing insight into how SMS/MMS Image sharing is helping Consumers.
Data Export: Only Rows with Feedback Displayed
Rows with no feedback will no longer be displayed in the Data Export, improving readability.
Data Export: General Improvements
Various improvements have been made to the Data Exports to improve Consistency and Utility.
