Self-Support: General Usability Improvements to Accessibility
Self-Support UI Accessibility features have been further optimized to improve usability, allowing Consumers with physical/visual challenges to interact with the UI more effectively.
Self-Support: Attach a File in Chat
Files can now be attached in Chat, giving Consumers an easier and more effective method to relate issues to Agents.
Self-Support: Chat Transcript is added
Chat now gives Consumers the option of recording the transcript of their Chat session. Consumers can print directly from the transcript or copy the transcript onto their clipboard for future reference. This feature potentially reduces the amount of chat sessions regarding the same issue, which saves time and creates longer-term Consumer satisfaction.
Data Export: Two New Data Exports
Two new exports, Customer Device Data and Session Notes, are now available in Data Export.
SeeSupport: SMS/MMS Photo Sharing Discoverability Improvements
SMS/MMS photosharing became available in Sprint 60. We did not change the UI to allow agents to discover the functionality. Text regarding SeeSupport's SMS/MMS photo sharing functionality now appears when an Agent invites a Consumer to a SeeSupport session. This informs or reminds the Agent that an alternate method of supporting the Consumer exists if the Consumer does not wish to install the app.
Remote Control: Session Search by Phone Number
The Session Search API can now search by phone number, making locating a specific Session easier.
Designer: New Customization Options on Manage Categories Page
The Manage Categories page has received a UI usability overhaul. Designers can now manually sort the Paths on the Manage Categories Page to display more frequently used paths at the top, optimizing Agent experience. The display order can be amended within Categories or Subcategories, and will be reflected in the Navigator and Embedded Navigator views.
