If a Windows 10 machine has been configured to use a PIN code to log in upon reboot, the Support.com Cloud toolbar will not be able to automatically log in the same way that it can with a password. However, there are several workarounds available to ensure access to the machine without customer intervention: 

  1. Ask the customer for the PIN. Note it down in the session Activity log, then manually log in as needed after rebooting the machine.
  2. Ask the customer to set a password and save it in the Support.com Cloud toolbar. 

The option to save a PIN the same as a password will be available in a future release.
