Adding a Push URL

To add a new push URL:

1. Click the green Add New button at the top of the Manage Push URLs screen.
   
   The Push URL screen appears.
   
   

   

2. Enter a name for the URL in the Name field, such as Support.

3. Enter the complete URL in the URL field, such as http://www.support.com.

4. Click the green Save button.

Support.com® Cloud will:

• Add the new URL to the list of push URLs that are available to Agents.
• Close the Push URL screen.
• Return you to the Manage Push URLs screen.
