Navigator: Usability Improvements and My Open Sessions Indicator

When an Agent accepts a new Session, he/she is now taken to the Open Session screen, the Chat pane is opened, and the cursor placed in the Chat text entry field automatically, reducing Agent effort and improving response time. In addition, the My Open Sessions tab now has an indicator alerting the Agent to the current number of open Sessions outstanding, helping Agents stay on top of their SLA commitments.
