Admin: Planned Outage for Migration

We are planning the final phase in our migration to Amazon AWS for Support.com Cloud. This migration will add more resiliency and scalability into our Cloud product. The entire process was broken into three phases over nine months in an effort to minimize the impact on our clients. This final phase requires a scheduled outage that we anticipate will last for 30 minutes. We will work to schedule this outage during September, to minimize impact on your business. As we finalize the plan we will communicate options and ask for your feedback.

Reminder: You can always check status.support.com for real time insight into Support.com's status. This page is often more effective than calling the support hotline, and should be your first step.

Designer: Content Type and Images for Paths and Support Articles

Content Type and Images are two new metadata options implemented for Guided Paths and Support Articles, in addition to the recently introduced family, brand, and model. Both are visually engaging options that also give Users a clearer idea of the content within a Path or Support Article.
