Admin: 9/25/2018 - Planned Maintenance Window for Support.com Cloud System

During this maintenance window, Support.com Operations team will be migrating the Support.com Cloud platform to Amazon Web Services (AWS) which offers more resiliency and availability.

 

     -   Start Time: September 25, 2018 09:00pm PDT

     -   End Time:   September 25, 2018 09:30pm PDT

 

During the Maintenance, the Cloud system and all associated services will be offline.

 

To report any technical issues after the maintenance is complete, please login to help.support.com and create a ticket.
